In Bill Brown’s LIGHTNING, an ordinary man, a professor at UNR, is struck twice by a freak lightning storm, and suddenly has the ability to see into the soul of people he touches. The story intensifies when he learns his new power is a tool he has been given to save the human race. Excellent story.
