All sales are final, since our books are digital downloads.

If you would like to sample a book before you buy it, download its free First Third Edition from the book’s page. It comes with a coupon for 20% off the full edition. If a First Third Edition is not listed on the book’s page, email jim@handsdp.com to request one.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if there is a technical problem with the download. To request one, email jim@handsdp.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
